工作职责:

1.Incharge Food&Beverage & Kitchen.

对餐饮部和厨房负责。

2.Establish standards of Food & Beverage sales, trends and inventories.

建立标准的餐饮销售，趋势和目录。

3.Recommend changes or innovations in policies, procedures and equipment.

不断的改进制度，程序和设备。

4.Confer with the Management on reports, forecast budgets, policies and future planning.

在报告，预算，政策和未来计划上与管理层协商。

5.Review price, sources of supply, Food & Beverage sales, trends and inventories.

查看价格，供货来源，餐饮销售，趋势和清单。

6.Ensure top quality food and service to have complete guest satisfaction.

确保优质食品和服务使客人满意。

7.Inform the Management on sales, submit monthly financial statements and comments on the operation.

在月底每个管理人员提交财务报表和提出意见。

8.Ensure that goals are achieved as outlined in the profit budget.

确保可以达到预算目标。

9.Ensure that maximum departmental profit is achieved.

10.Ensure that the department operates within the budget.

11.Determine operational policies and standards on all Food & Beverage matters at hotel level.

任职要求：

1.5-8 years as Head of Food & Beverage in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards. 五至八年餐饮经验/四/五星级酒店或高标准的社会餐饮管理。

2. Good command in English, both verbal & written.

很好的英文掌握能力(口语和书写)。

3.Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
