岗位职责
1.按照下达的任务单，组织饼房厨师制作各种面点产品。
2.独立带领饼房同事完成早餐及下午茶的制作。
3.注重质量，严格把好面点制作质量关。
4.协助厨师长拟定点心成本及控制毛利率。
5.提出面点新品种及推销方案报厨师长审定。
6.根据员工特点搞好技术指导和业务培训。
7.完成厨师长交派的其他工作。
岗位要求1.丰富的包饼房食品制作经验。
2.有品牌酒店包饼房相关管理工作经验者，优先考虑。
3.有一定的管理能力及创新意识。
国际联号工作经历：优先年龄要求：20-45岁
