【岗位职责】
1、掌握面点尤其是面条制作的技术，主要负责制作各种面条及面食配料。掌握特色面食风味的制作流程。
2、负责日常所用原料的系统采购，协助制定采购计划。
3、严格执行食品卫生法则，把好质量关，搞好本区域卫生，要求工具清洁，摆放整齐。
4、掌握食品成本核算，协助厨师长制定面条及售价以及毛利率核算。
5、保证生产流程畅通，合理使用货源，不断改革更新，满足客人要求。
【岗位要求】
1、 在星级酒店从事以面条制作为主的面食工作经验3年以上
2、 熟悉餐饮的相关知识及礼仪。
3、 熟练面食尤其是面条制作工艺及高超技能。
