严格对照生效采购单、酒店质量标准检验到货物品，核查货品规格、数量、重量、保质期，不符合要求的货品直接拒收并上报上级。
每日编制收货记录、收货汇总表，完成采购单、送货单等单据的分类存档，核对供应商税务发票信息的准确性。
验收完成后第一时间通知对应使用部门取货，将直入物资配送至对应部门，入库物资转运至指定仓库区域。
