Supervise the overall activities at the ContinentalClub.
监管贵宾楼层的日常工作。
Ensure all guests are handled quickly andefficiently in all their needs with warm and natural.

Ensure proper training is provided to all ContinentalClub subordinates and new recruits.

Ensure proper room assignment with thepreference of the arrival guests and co-ordinate with the Housekeeping on theroom status and make any necessary arrangement when required.
确保在客人达到前按照客人的喜好做好房间安排，与客房部合作，保证客人入住的舒适。
Ensure the billing for the guest is accuratelyprepared.
确保为客人准备好正确的账单。
Welcome and escorts VIP / CCFguests to ensure they are given due recognition and importance.
迎接和陪同贵宾进入客房，确保他们得到应该的重视和礼遇。
Ensure all operating equipment is maintained inproper working condition.
确保所有的设备保持正常运转。
Ensure all staff areperforming the assigned tasks with adhering the standards.
确保员工按照标准执行所分配的工作。
Should at all timesact as eyes and ears of management, immediately relaying information anddetail.
