Preparation of the financial and general reports in line with ACCOR guideline, and assist Accor ibis corporate company to set up related finance/ HR and Administrative tasks.
Financial related management including Night Audit and cash flow etc.
HR related management including Recruitment/ Social Security and Attendance etc.
Assist in the implementation of ACCOR and training initiatives with particular emphasis on coordinated and structured on job training aligned with policy and procedures.
Assist in the appraisal of staff performance utilizing the ACCOR performance review system; ensure frontline performance reviews are conducted for probationary and annual reviews; correct performance issues and counsel as required.
Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic.
College degree or above, with at least two years financial/HR/admin related working, preferably hospitality industry
Good communication skills, the ability to manage multi-task in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Good command of Office Applications like word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
The ability to use English as a working language.
