Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
Have a basic knowledge of Front office’s operation and provide a support for Front office.
Assists set up systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant and bar service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
Set up and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the restaurant and bar to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
Ensure staffs are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests.
Assist the F&B Manger to establish on-going On Job Training Programs within the department.
Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Service Standards / Procedures Manual.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Sound food & beverage knowledge.
High level sales awareness.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
The ability to use English as a working language.
