· Assistant Food & Beverage Director to responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, bars, kitchen operations, catering and banquet operations.

Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
· Oversee the management of restaurants, bars and outlets
· 监督餐厅，酒吧和营业场所的管理工作
· Oversee the management of the kitchen operations
· 监督厨房的经营管理工作。
· Manage staff within the hotel’s organization structure and human resource and hotel policies
· 在酒店的组织结构内，在人力资源和酒店的规章范围内管理员工
· Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information。

· Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting strategic goals

· Establish systems which monitor the achievement of departmental goals

· Ensure compliance with business operations and hospitality laws

· Work with sales to manage the development of new products and services

· Develop quality management systems

· With Purchasing Manager, develop and monitor the implementation of purchasing procedures

· Manage the delivery of high quality service to guests

· Access and use Food and Beverage computer programs

· Achieve budgeted revenues, prepare monthly forecast, monitor and control food, beverage and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage department. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans that support the overall objectives of the hotel
· 完成预算收入，编制月度预算，监督和管理餐饮和人工费用，使餐饮部门所有领域的利润合理。参加部门年度运营预算和财务计划的编制工作，以支持酒店的总体目标
· Ensure all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions

· Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs

· May assist with other duties as assigned
