· According to the budget and sales strategy of the apartment, prepare the sales plan for the market under my own management, and complete the project performance indicators.
根据公寓的预算以及销售策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划，完成项目业绩指标
· Responsible for customer development and maintenance of apartment projects; Build and maintain channels, build and optimize sales channels for projects; Responsible for online channels, including third-party OTA channels and the group's own platform promotion plan formulation, order management and maintenance, and product plan optimization.
负责公寓项目客户开发及维护;渠道搭建和维护，为项目搭建优化销售渠道;负责线上渠道，包括第三方 OTA 渠道以及集团自营平台的促销方案制定，订单管理维护，以及产品方案优化。
· Responsible for business individual maintenance, development, contract agreement, booking management.
负责商务散客维护，开发，协议合同，预定管理。
· Participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales plan, and make a timely review and adjustment.
参与销售计划的制定，以及落实，并及时做好复盘和调整。
· Large customers in the market should be familiar with their basic situation, pay attention to their changes at any time and make timely responses.
对本市场中的客源大户要熟悉他们的基本情况，随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。
· Do a good job of daily sales reception activities, and make records and timely follow-up.
做好日常销售接待活动，并做好记录及时跟进。
· Manage the daily operation of apartment project sales and coordinate the project work.
管理公寓项目销售日常运作及协调安排项目的工作。
· Submit relevant sales report on time, such as sales visit report, monthly report, weekly report, daily report, quarterly budget report, etc.
按时提交相关销售报告，如销售拜访报告，各项目月报，周报，日报，季度预算报表等。
· Establish communication channels with customers, independently conduct business negotiations and negotiations, and complete contract signing.
建立与客户的沟通渠道，独立进行业务谈判和交涉，并完成合同签署。
· Assist in the organization and implementation of marketing promotion activities for various apartment projects.
协助各项公寓项目营销推广活动的组织与实施工作。
· Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
完成领导交代的其它工作。
