The Executive Housekeeper has overall responsibility for the cleanliness of assigned areas in the hotel, for an efficient operation of the Housekeeping department, as well as Laundry / Dry Cleaning, including but not limited to purchase, storage, inventory, cost-control, personnel management. Additionally, he/she is responsible for associates morale, a guest focused hospitality, brand standards compliance, achieving of budgetary goals and inter-departmental relations.
行政管家要对酒店总体上的清洁和客房部包括洗衣房的营运效率负责,及对采购、仓库、盘点、成本控制、和相应人员进行管理。并在员工中建立民心,提高客人的满意度,遵从酒店的品牌标准,努力达到预期目标和确保部门内沟通的顺畅。

l Thorough knowledge on guestroom and public area cleaning procedures and products.

l Thorough knowledge in the proper use and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment.

l Extensive knowledge of Laundry / Dry cleaning, Linen / Uniform Room operations and management.

l Should have thorough understanding of financial statements and capable of preparing departmental budgets with minimal supervision.

l Good command of spoken and written English.
