· Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.

· Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
· Be familiar with the meal ordering situation of the day, record the special activities of the guests (such as birthday celebration), and report to the superior leader in time
· 熟知当天订餐情况,注意记录宾客的特别活动(如生日庆祝会),应及时向上级领导汇报。
· Access and storage of clothes for guests and ask if there are valuables. Valuables remind guests to keep them.
· 替宾客存取保管衣物,并询问有无贵重物品,贵重物品提醒宾客自行保管。
· Welcome the guests and guide them to the reservation table or the table satisfied by the guests
· 迎接宾客,引导宾客到预订台位或宾客满意的台位。
· When the guests are full, be responsible for arranging the guests who arrive later and make them happy to wait
· 客满时,负责安排好后到的宾客,使宾客乐于等位。
· Listen to the guests' opinions at any time and report to the superior in time
· 随时注意听取宾客的意见,及时向上级反映。
· Pay attention to all kinds of problems in the reception work at any time, timely report to the superior and assist in handling
· 随时注意在接待工作中的各种问题,及时向上级反映和协助处理。
· Master and use polite language, be responsible for answering the phone, and ask for the basic information when ordering dinner
· 掌握和运用礼貌语言,负责接听电话,宾客电话订餐应问清楚基本信息。
· Introduce all kinds of dishes, drinks and special dishes in the restaurant to attract guests to the restaurant
· 向客人介绍餐厅各式菜点、各种饮品和特式菜点,吸引宾客来餐厅就餐。
· Provide VIP customer service and establish VIP customer profile
· 提供VIP客户服务,并建立VIP客户资料。
· Visit VIP customers and promote new products and current promotion
· 拜访餐饮VIP客户,对餐饮新产品及现行促销进行宣传。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

Qualifications 学历
· Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
