岗位职责：
1、负责处理宾客的问题和投诉；
2、负责重要宾客的接待工作；
3、协助与指导前台员工当班期间的工作情况；
4、负责解决当班期间突发事件及安全问题；
5、当VIP与团队客人抵达时，要检查好所有事项都得到落实 ；
6、密切与客房部做好沟通工作，满足有特殊需求的住客;
7、负责巡视和督查大堂各种服务设施和各项服务工作情况确保完好，整洁、有效；
8、负责前厅部各项制度督导、检查工作并按时向前厅部经理汇报；
9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，具有一年以上同岗位工作经验；
2、能用流利的英语从事前厅服务，形象气质佳，电脑操作熟练；
3、善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用；
4、注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强；
5、熟悉前台的接待服务程序，善于掌握宾客的服务要求。
语言能力：英语-良好年龄要求：25-35岁
