• Assist to maintain hotel training system including keeping and analyzing training data and report, manage and assist departmental trainings, coordinate training and activities to meet objectives.
协助维护酒店培训体系包括保留及分析培训数据和报告,管理和协助部门培训,使协调培训和活动达到预定目标。
• Plan, organize, conduct and evaluate generic training and activities.
计划、组织、开展和评估一般培训和活动。
• Training administration including training resources and notice board management, daily items purchase, training facilities and equipment maintenance etc.

• Coordinate and assist HR work operations.

• Conduct generic training and activities to achieve goals.

• Manage and evaluate departmental trainings to meet departmental training needs .

• Keep and track all training records and reports.

• Assist Training Manager to make sure all the IHG compulsive training will be conducted in line with IHG policy.

• Manage and maintain all training resources.

• Ensure all reports and jobs are met in a timely basis.

• Assist with the management of department cost control.

• Manage hotel notice board and update training notice board with all information on “what is happening in and outside hotel” and training information.
管理酒店宣传栏并更新培训宣传栏上所有关于酒店内部及外部的新消息和培训信息。
• Maintain open door policy and monitor team members training needs.
保持开放沟通,关注员工培训需求。
• Effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner.
与客户进行友好、积极的有效沟通。
• Knowledge of hotel structure, meeting space facilities and basic understanding of departmental operations.
熟悉酒店组织架构、设施及基本运作。
• Other duties as requested by Training Manager.
