职位描述

1.      The Catering Sales Executive welcomes the client to the hotel and informs them upon arrival of the facilities and discusses the program their stay and reconfirms the arrangement made.

会议及宴会销售主管欢迎客户到达酒店,并在在他们到达酒店前告知他们酒店的设施,讨论他们来访的程序并确认安排妥当。

2.      Handles site inspections with potential clients, and ensures all walk-in customers are treated with a sales attitude.

处理潜在客户的现场视察,并确保以专业的销售态度对待所有未预约客户。

3.      Receive and understand hotel product knowledge and related activities.

熟悉了解酒店产品知识,以及相关活动。

4.      To receive enquires for functions (by telephone, walk-in guest, result of a sales call).

接受有关宴会的询问 (通过电话、未预约客人、销售拜访)。

5.      To research new accounts and potential events business (by telephone, blitz call and sales trip.

调查研究新客户以及潜在宴会生意(通过电话和商务出差)。

6.      To make regular sales calls a week on accounts assigned to and the original clients who have held events before, and keep up–to-date on the clients’ needs and sell the products of the hotel that will satisfy those needs. 

每周定期拜访指定的客户。拜访在酒店曾经举办会议的客户,跟进客户需求,推销能满足这些需求的酒店产品。

7.      To make weekly and monthly plan and report, and report to Assistant Director of Catering Sales.

制作周度和月度计划和报表,并向宴会副总监报告。

8.      Ensure a sales attitude prevails at all times, utilizing every opportunity within the scope of your work that will assist with the maximization of revenue.

确保始终保持销售态度,利用每一个工作范围内的机会,协助收入最大化。

9.      To transmit all information to Events Manager of all on-going correspondence with clients, regarding possibility of a function.

向宴会经理传递所有正在进行的有关宴会厅的客户信息。

10.   To assess the physical requirements of the proposed function (number of pax, time, and type of function) and reserve an appropriate venue for the client in the banquet reservation book.

评估宴会举办的相关要求(人数、时间和宴会类型),为后续客户预约并保留适当的场地。

11.   To discuss with the clients further details pertaining to an event: menu, beverage, budget, miscellaneous arrangements.

与客户讨论宴会的进一步细节:菜单、饮料、预算、及其他安排。

12.   To follow up with clients on proposals and finalize all the arrangements.

跟进客户所有的安排建议并完成最后安排。

13.   To issue instructions for functions to all departments via the event order, this well in advance.

提前告知宴会厅各部门相关指示。

14.   To supervise the preparation of arrangements of the concerned function to ensure everything is in order.

监督相关职能部门的安排与准备,保证一切妥当。

15.   To coordinate with the front office, banquet service, bar manager, kitchen, stewarding, engineering and other departments to ensure instructions are understood and everything is in order.

与前厅、宴会服务、酒吧经理、厨房、管事部、工程部及其他部门协调,确保在宴会前理解并执行所有指示,所有东西都井然有序。

16.   After the function, to prepare the Thank you letter.

宴会后准备感谢信。

17.   To maintain regular contacts with the banquet clients.

与宴会客户保持定期联系。

18.   To control expenses relating to the function to ensure maximum net profit.

控制有关宴会费用,确保最大限度的净利润。

19.   To assist ADOS – Catering & Events in negotiating with prospective clients.

协助宴会销售副总监与潜在客户谈判。

20.   Follows up on all deposit, contracts and cancellation charges to ensure the hotel policy is followed by all team members.

跟进所有的押金、合同和违约罚款,贯彻酒店的政策。

21.   To ensure the correct group status is used and all requests are answered by the team within 24 hours.

确保团队工作状态,所有的问询都能在24小时内被答复。

22.   Maximizes incremental revenue attached to the banquet event/ room rental, premium drink, up-selling better menus etc.

通过销售高级饮品,增销增值菜单等,使宴会和客房的附加收益最大化。
