岗位职责：
1、To be totally familiar with all facilities, functions and special events in the Hotel on a daily basis, assisting guests with any inquiries.
完全了解酒店设施，服务以及活动的每日信息，帮助客人解决任何问题。
2、To be aware of all services which the Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa offers, inclusive of recreational, food and beverage, guest services, special events and promotions.了解酒店所提供的所有服务，包括康乐，餐饮，宾客服务，活动以及促销等。
3、To coordinate the movement of guest luggage to and from their rooms in a prompt, safe manner by the luggage porters.
合理安排行李生负责宾客行李的运送工作。
4、To coordinate and to ensure luggage porters physically execute guest room changes ensuring the appropriate documentation is completed and distributed.
合理安排并确保行李生为宾客换房并确保所有相关文件并正确填写及分发。5、 To be stationed at the lobby entrance driveway at all times to coordinate the movement of check-in, luggage and car traffic.
