工作职责：
1. 负责西厨房的日常运营管理，包括食材采购、库存控制及成本优化。
2. 监督西餐菜品制作流程，确保食品质量、安全及卫生标准符合国家法规要求。
3. 管理厨房团队人员配置、排班安排、技能培训及绩效评估。
4. 根据市场需求和季节变化，制定并更新西餐菜单，提升菜品创新性与顾客满意度。
5. 严格执行厨房卫生、安全操作规范，预防食品安全事故。
6. 处理客户反馈及投诉，及时协调解决服务问题。
7. 与其他部门协作，保障餐厅整体运营高效顺畅。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，烹饪、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备至少3年西厨房工作经验，其中1年以上管理岗位经验。
3. 熟练掌握西餐烹饪技术及流程，熟悉食品安全与卫生管理规范。
4. 具备团队领导与沟通协调能力，能有效组织团队完成工作任务。
5. 持有有效的健康证明。
6. 能适应轮班工作制，包括周末及节假日。
7. 具备良好的问题解决能力与抗压能力，能应对厨房运营中的突发情况。
