工作职责：
1. 负责酒店员工培训体系的规划与实施，包括新员工入职培训、服务技能提升及管理能力发展项目，确保符合酒店品牌标准与服务规范。
2. 设计开发酒店专属培训课程，组织并管理培训活动，保障内容贴合业务需求与员工发展。
3. 评估培训效果，通过客户反馈、员工绩效数据及满意度分析，持续优化培训方案，提升服务质量和组织效能。
4. 指导培训团队日常工作，协调酒店各部门资源，监控年度培训计划执行进度，确保资源合理分配与项目高效落地。
5. 分析酒店运营中的培训需求，制定针对性解决方案，支持员工职业发展与酒店业务目标达成。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、人力资源或相关专业背景。
2. 具有2年以上酒店行业培训或人力资源相关工作经验，其中包含团队管理经验。
3. 熟悉酒店服务流程、行业标准及培训方法论，具备独立开发课程与评估效果的能力。
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队领导力，能够有效推动跨部门合作并适应酒店轮班工作环境。
5. 熟练使用办公软件及培训管理系统，拥有良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
