工作职责：
1. 负责接听客户来电、回复邮件及在线平台咨询，准确受理客房、餐饮、会议等预订需求；
2. 熟练使用酒店管理系统完成预订录入、修改、取消及状态更新；
3. 核对预订信息与实际入住/消费情况，及时同步至前台、销售及运营相关部门；
4. 处理特殊预订需求（如连住安排、房型升级、无障碍服务等），确保信息传递无误、执行到位；
5. 按日/周汇总预订数据，生成基础统计报表，支持部门运营决策与服务优化。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理、商务英语等相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上高星级酒店、连锁酒店集团或大型文旅企业预订中心、前台或客服岗位实操经验；
3. 熟练掌握Office办公软件，能快速上手主流酒店管理系统，具备基础数据核对与报表整理能力；
4. 普通话标准，表达清晰流畅，具备良好的倾听能力与服务意识，能妥善应对多样化客户需求；
5. 工作细致严谨，责任心强，适应轮班制工作安排，具备在多任务并行环境下保持高效与准确的能力。
