工作职责：
1. 根据酒店发展战略与业务需求，牵头制定年度培训规划及各层级员工（含管理层、一线服务人员）能力发展计划；
2. 设计、开发并迭代标准化培训课程体系，涵盖服务标准、安全合规、宾客关系、领导力发展等核心模块；
3. 组织实施新员工入职培训、岗位技能认证、管理梯队培养及专项赋能项目，并跟踪评估培训效果与行为转化；
4. 管理内部讲师队伍，开展讲师选拔、培养与考核，推动知识沉淀与经验传承；
5. 运用培训数据分析工具，定期输出培训投入产出报告，持续优化培训资源配置与运营机制。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、教育学、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上连锁酒店、高端餐饮或服务业培训管理经验，熟悉酒店运营流程及服务标准体系；
3. 熟练掌握培训需求分析、课程开发、授课呈现及效果评估方法，具备独立开发课件与主导大型培训项目的能力；
4. 具备良好的表达能力、课程讲授能力及跨部门协同能力，能适应多店支持与一线教学场景；
5. 持有TTT（培训师培训）、CSTD或相关专业认证者优先，熟练使用LMS系统及数字化学习工具。
