工作职责：
1. 负责厨房日常运营管理，统筹安排各岗位人员分工与工作调度，确保出品效率与质量稳定；
2. 监督食材验收、储存、加工及出品全流程，落实食品安全与操作规范，杜绝卫生与安全风险；
3. 协助厨师长制定菜单、优化菜品工艺与成本控制方案，参与新品研发与口味调试；
4. 指导并培训后厨员工掌握标准作业流程、刀工技法、火候控制及摆盘要求，提升团队专业水平；
5. 每日核查设备运行状态与环境卫生，及时报修维护，保障厨房设施安全、高效运转。
任职资格：
1. 中等职业教育学历（中专、技校或职高），烹饪工艺与营养、中餐烹饪、食品加工技术等相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年以上中型以上餐饮单位后厨实操经验，有担任帮厨、砧板、炉灶等核心岗位经历，熟悉粤菜/川菜/本帮菜等主流菜系制作流程者优先；
3. 熟练掌握刀工、火候、调味及基础热菜/冷菜制作技能，具备独立完成标准化菜品出品能力；
4. 具备基本的现场管理意识与沟通协调能力，能有效执行排班、物料申领及日常巡检任务；
5. 持有有效健康证，熟悉《食品安全法》及餐饮行业基本操作规范。
