职位描述

MAJOR FUNCTION 主要 :

 

Greet and serve the guest by Marriott standards of food and beveragequality, presentation and sanitation, and in a gracious and professionalmanner. Display aggressive hospitality through positive personality with bothguest and fellow associates. Take pride in all facets of service with a cleanprofessional appearance and keep a sparkling clean dining room at all times.

用万豪的标准去欢迎和服务客人,提供给客人高质量的食物和酒水,做个亲切有礼的主人。在客人和同事面前都要展示出有礼貌的,有上进心的一面。在任何时候都要展现出干净利落的专业的服务和保持灿烂的笑容。

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES責任概要 :

 

1.                  Follow allMarriott policies and procedures.

遵守所有万豪的政策和程序。

2.                  Comply with the“clean as you go” policy.

完成所到之处无一物的原则。

3.                  Report to work onscheduled days at the scheduled time.

按照工作时间表按时上班。

4.                  Report to work inuniform following all appearance standards.

上班时遵守仪容仪表和制服制度。

5.                  Work as a TEAM.

工作中保持团队精神。

6.                  Follow all safetypolicies to ensure a safe work area.

遵守所有安全制度,以塑造一个安全的工作环境。

7.                  Honour all reasonable work-related requests made by amanager or supervisor, which may be outside your normal job activities, to achievecomplete guest satisfaction and service throughout the Hotel.

尊重所有合理的来自经理和主管的工作相关请求,即使超出你的工作范围,也要达到使客人满意为整个酒店服务。

8.                  Check out withyour supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.

因为任何理由离开你的工作岗位之前先汇报你的主管。

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任務 :

 

1.                  Check yourstation, prior to opening, for cleanliness of tables and chairs, proper set-upof salt and pepper, sugar, ashtrays, flowers, lamp, clean cutlery andglassware.

检查你的工作区域,把最先要打开的都打开,清洁桌子椅子,准备好盐,胡椒,糖,烟灰缸,花瓶,餐具和杯子。

2.                  Do all necessaryopening and closing side work according to the side work schedule.

做好所有必要的开档和关档的工作记录表。

3.                  Have allnecessary tools ready: tray, pen, bus towel, corkscrew, etc.

准备好所有必要的工具:托盘,笔,纸巾,酒刀。等等。

4.                  Develop acomplete knowledge of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.Be ready to answer any guest questions about the menu in a positive and conciseway. Know the use records.

5.                  Operate the Pointof Sale terminal correctly and follow all Marriott check-closing procedures.

6.                  Practiceaggressive hospitality and use Suggestive Selling techniques when takingguest’s order.

当接受客人点单时试着用积极的亲切的销售技巧来提议客人。

7.                  Develop a goodknowledge of beverages, liquors, and wine service.

发展酒品,酒类和服务酒的知识。

8.                  Pick up andpresent food and beverages according to standard service procedures. Properlybus the table throughout the meal. By dessert, all condiments, dirty dishes andsilverware should be cleared, except sugar and appropriate silverware andbeverage glasses that are not empty. Pay special attention to finer points ofservice, i.e., replacing ashtrays, water glasses filled, checking back justafter serving entrée, keeping proper posture and being personable, but limitingconversation.

9.                  Bus, clean andreset the table according to standard procedures.

10.               Chewing gum orsmoking is not allowed while on duty.

11.               Attend allmeetings or training seminars as required.
