MAJORFUNCTION 主要功能 :
 
Prompt and courteous delivery of all room serviceorders, maintains positive room service image through all areas of guestcontact and through cleanliness of work areas.
迅速而有礼貌地提供所有送餐服务点单，接触客人时保持积极的送餐服务形象，始终保持清洁的工作环境。
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES責任概要 :
 
1.       Follow allMarriott policies and procedures.
            遵循所有万豪方针和程序。
2.       Comply with the “clean as you go” policy.
遵循"所到之处钧予清洁" 方针。
3.       Report to work onscheduled days at the scheduled time.
按照部门排班表每日准时到岗。
4.       Report to work in uniform following all appearance standards.
上班制服穿戴整洁保持良好的仪容仪表形象。
5.       Work as a TEAM.
团队工作。
6.       Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe workarea.
遵循所有的安全方针，以确保一个安全的工作区域。
7.       Honour allreasonable work-related requests made by a manager or supervisor, which may   be outside your normal job activities, to achieve complete guestsatisfaction and service throughout the Hotel.
为了实现客户满意度和服务于整个酒店，经理或主管应接受所有的与工作相关的请求，甚至可能超出你的正常工作。
8.       Check out with your supervisor before leaving yourstation or the floor for any reason.
在任何时候离开你的工作区域必须与你的直接主管保持沟通。
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任務 :
 
1.       Follow allstandard procedures in serving the guest, as outlined in training manual andstandards manual.
遵循所有标准程序，按照培训手册和标准手册服务客人。
 
2.       Maintain station in accordance with standards atall times.
任何时候在区域内保持标准的一致性。
 
3.       Develop a completeknowledge of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Beready to answer any guest questions about the menu in a positive and conciseway. Know the use records.
熟知并掌握菜单的相关知识，以便随时能用简单明确的方式回答任何客人提出有关菜单的任何问题。
 
4.       Operate the Point of Sale terminal correctly andfollow all Marriott check-closing procedures.
遵循万豪的正确结账方式。
 
5.       Practiceaggressive hospitality and use Suggestive Selling techniques when takingguest’s order.
在为客人点单的时候运用积极灵活的销售方式。
 
6.       Check corridors for trays when returning fromdelivering orders.
检查走廊中送餐后未收回的托盘。
          
7.       Clean and breakdown trays in dish area, watching for un-used and clean condiments, salt,pepper, and sugar and return them to room service area.
清理餐盘并将没有使用过的送餐器皿回收至部门。
 
8.       Develop a good knowledge of beverages, liquors, andwine service.
熟悉酒水知识的服务流程。
 
9.       Insure oncoming shit has adequate supply ofsilverware, trays, napkins, condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, etc.
确保每个班次有充足的营运物品。
 
10.    Complete all daily and weekly-assigned sidework.
完成每日和每周分配的工作。
 
11.     Participate in daily line-up and menu classes.
参加每日小组试菜。
 
12.    Chewing gum or smoking is not allowed while onduty.
上班时间不允许咀嚼口香糖或吸烟。
13.     Attend all meetings or training seminars asrequired.
出席所有会议或相关培训。
