职位描述

MAJOR FUNCTION 主要 :

 

The team leader’s main function is to promote and ensure guestsatisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strongteam environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery ofprompt, courteous service. The team leader is accountable for sales and profitin his/her area.

 

领班的主要功能是促进和确保客户满意度,通过他/她的能力来建立和维护一个强大的团队环境,把重点放在员工的满意度,有礼貌的服务。领班在他/她的领域里负责销售和利润。

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES責任概要 :

 

1.            Assume responsibility ofdaily operations in assigned outlet to ensure a smooth running, profitableoperation within the framework of the hotel.

           在酒店中,承担在日常运作中的责任,以确保能顺利运营,并有盈利。

2.            Actively support theQuality Improvement Process.

3.            Assist in working towardpositive financial results.

           帮助上级得到积极的财政结果。

4.            Assist in ensuring thatscheduling functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis.

 协助完成正确的每个时段的工作时刻表。

5.            Assist in maintaining ahighly motivated and well-trained staff.

           帮助培训一个高度的热情和训练有素的员工。

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任務 :

 

OPERATIONS

1.            Open and close shift inaccordance with the manager checklist.

           按照经理的安排表来开始和结束一天的营运。

2.            Initiate aggressive guestinteraction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.

与客人进行积极的互动,来寻找和征求反馈。

3.            Train, maintain andenforce all Marriott service standards in the outlet.

 部门中,培训、维持和执行所有万豪的服务标准。

4.            Enforce the Marriottstandardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistentquality beverage to our guests in accordance with the Marriott Bar Guide.

执行万豪规范的饮料配方,并进行展示,以确保给客人提供的饮料具有一贯的品质。

5.            Properly execute revenueand check control procedures on shift.

6.            Handle daily associaterelations (i.e. scheduling, time adjustments).

7.            Maintain a safe &sanitary work environment for all associate & guests.

8.            Gather and implement allproper tools for running shifts (i.e. schedules, floor plans, reservations, andchecks).

9.            Find solutions forproblems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problemsthat may arise.

10.         Conduct taste panels andmenu classes on a daily basis for restaurant.

11.         Be on the floor during theshift and assist servers or hostess to ensure guests are satisfied.

12.         Ensure that only a qualityproduct is served.

13.         Ensure all side work isdone on a daily basis.

14.         Maintain proper associateuniform standards.

15.         Manage an effective repairand maintenance program through the use of work orders, inspections, etc.

16.         Understand & teachempowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction.

17.         Exercise station rotationto ensure stations are distributed fairly.

18.         Be aware of all MarriottGuest Incentive programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining tothem.

19.         Above all, to lead byexample through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel.

HUMAN RESOURCES

1.            Implement an effectivetraining program for new and current associates using use records, menus, andappropriate reference manuals.

通过使用记录,菜单以及适当的参考手册对新加入的员工实施有效率的培训课程。

 

2.            Encourage problem solvingby associates through proper training and empowerment.

           通过所有可能的培训和授权来激励员工解决问题的热情

3.            Establish effectivecommunication with associates to gain their trust and respect.

和员工建立有效的沟通,以争取他们的信任和尊重。

4.            Maintain fair andconsistent counselling and/or disciplinary procedures in accordance withMarriott’s Guarantee of Fair Treatment Policy.

根据万豪公平对待的政策,建立公平和一致的辅导及纪律处罚程序。

 

ADMINISTRATIVE

1.            Communicate directlyand/or through the use of the logbook to next shift supervisor or manager.

直接或通过日志本与下一班次的主管或经理进行沟通。

2.            Identify and recommendincentive programs, new ideas, and methods of operation.

确定并推荐奖励项目,新的主意和方法进行运作。

3.            Promote positiveinter-department relations.

积极推动部门与部门之间的关系。

4.            Perform any reasonablerequest made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

作出的任何管理上的要求不能危及生命或触犯法律。
