MAJOR FUNCTION主要功能 :

Handles all incoming Cateringgroup inquiries. Effectively leads thecustomer through the sales process to the point of a signedcontract/offer. Communicates specificsof Catering group to Event Management.

处理所有宴会团队询价需求。根据销售程序及客人需求，有效地促使合同的签订。关于宴会团队客人的特殊需求，做好与宴会统筹部的沟通协调工作。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES責任概要 :

Directly answers all incoming Catering groupinquiries/opportunities.

直接答复客人关于宴会团队报价的问询。

Builds rapport and effectively qualifies eachbusiness opportunity.

与客户建立良好的关系，有效地评估每个询价需求。

Exhausts all avenues to sell hotel throughalternative dates and/or rates. If no alternative is determined, Sales Executivecross sells to another Marriott hotel(s).

在可选日期与价格范围内，尽力销售酒店产品。如果可选日期的客房与场地都已预订，销售主任需向客人推荐上海的其他万豪品牌酒店。

Presents the benefits of the hotel to thecustomer.

向客户介绍酒店可提供的各项奖励计划及优惠政策。

Inputs and maintains contact, account andopportunity information in sales system.

在预定软件中输入相应的客户资料，如客户信息、公司名称等，并予以及时更新。

Develops accurate contract/offer and sends tocustomer. Gains commitment of customerthrough signed contract/offer.

根据客人需求，准备相应的团队或会议协议，经双方协商后，与客人签订相关协议。

Once signed contract/offer is received,completes accurate, detailed turnoverdocumentation for Event Management.

团队或会议协议签订后，准备好齐备的交接手续，并转交于宴会统筹部。

Maintains relationship with customer throughthank-you letter and follow up calls to increase repeat business opportunities.

通过邮件或电话联系与客人保持良好的关系，以便在今后获得更多的合作机会。

Strives to meet measurable targets and goals,as assigned for individual and team.

努力完成个人和团队的指标及任务。

Site inspection.
