前台接待岗位职责:
· Registers and rooms all arrivals accordingto established procedures.根据酒店的操作程序制度, 登记和安排客人住
· Maintains intimate knowledge ofdepartmental standards and procedures.熟悉本部门的操作标准和程序
· Performs check in, check out and roomchange procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotelsystems in accordance with reservation.严格执行入住和退房以及换房程序并确保所有加入酒店系统的数据与预定的完全一致
· Maintains cashier float and ensuresaccurate daily report of all money received.确保每日的流动资金和正确汇报每日所接收的钱
· Cashes hotel guest’s personal andtravelers checks and assists with currency exchange.协助客人兑换外币和旅行支票
· Keeps abreast of all modifications toaccounting policies and procedures.所有修改要与财务政策和程序与时俱进
·Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiriesand requests, referees problems tosupervisor/Assistant Manager if he/she unableto assist.处理客人的投诉,查询和需求, 当主管/经理助理不在时调解问题
· Maintains exemplary deportmentstandards ofbehavior and appearance and attitude as expectedin a IHG Brand.行为举止, 外表以及姿势态度符合洲际标准
· Adheres to IHG Hotels Group Corporate Codeof Conduct,Employee Handbook and Hotel policies.遵守洲际酒店管理集团制度, 员工手册和酒店政策
岗位要求:

3.Prioritise international brand same position work experience 国际酒店同岗实习或工作经历者优先
