岗位职责 Responsibility:

1、与销售总监、会议团队和商旅贸易团队更紧密的合作。获取更多会议、会务和展会业务。

To work closely with Director of Sales，MICE team and Travel Trade team for more meeting，conference，incentive and exhibition business.

2、回顾活动安排日程，对于潜在问题和冲突进行预估及解决。

To review scheduled events and trouble shoot potential problems/conflicts.

3、检查宴会厅的布置以及避免错误和更好的改进。

To check function rooms set up to avoid mistakes and for improvement.

4、从客户和关联记过得到回馈和评估。

To get feedback and comments from guests and associates.

5、为酒店形象的推广和组织特别的活动。

To organize special events for hotel image exposure.

6、完成每年的销售和市场推广计划。

To complete Annual Sales & Marketing Plan.

7、参加每年的预算展示并阐述下一年的业务计划。

To attend annual Budget Presentation to elaborate business plan for the next year.

8、准备每年的销售收入预算和相关的宴会销售推广费用。

To prepare yearly sales revenue budget and related catering marketing expenses.

任职资格 Requirement:

1、8年以上相关宴会、活动管理的经验，对于5星级酒店各种宴会设施及可能性有足够的了解。

At least 8 years relevant catering/event management experience, preferably in 5 star hotels with extensive catering facilities and capacities.

2、至少4年作为宴会销售部门领导的经验。

At least 4 years as the head of the catering department.

3、具有专业的宴会销售经验

Concrete catering sales experience.

4、精通电脑操作，并具有很强的处理会议物流的经验知识。

Well versed with computer and strong knowledge in handling event logistics.

5、熟练掌握英语及普通话，口语及书面英文都具备优秀的沟通技巧。

Proficiency in English and Putonghua is a must. Excellent communication skill in both written & spoken English.
