岗位职责：
1.在宴会厅经理的指导下，做好宴会设计、现场布置，督导服务员做好宴会前的摆台、清洁卫生、服务用具供应等准备工作；
2.及时处理客人投诉，抓好宴会部服务态度和服务质量；
3.抓好设备的维修和保管工作，努力减少餐具、用具的损耗；
4.抓好饮食卫生工作，严格饮食环境卫生、餐具卫生、食品卫生、操作卫生、个人卫生的管理；
5.负责对服务员的培训工作，搞好与其他部门的协调工作；
6.熟悉各种宴会的餐厅布置、台面设计、菜肴酒水及服务规范；
7.合理安排人力和餐具用具，保证宴会按时进行；
8.熟练编制宴会菜单。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，身体健康；
2.拥有年2年以上酒店、餐厅工作经验，熟悉宴会服务流程；
3.积极主动，热爱酒店行业，良好的仪容仪表；
4.控场能力强，反应灵敏，能够应对各种突发状况。
计算机能力：一般年龄要求：25-45岁
