岗位职责：

1、Conduct daily briefing, conveys important Hotel information, emphasizes current priorities, new products/services, and reinforces standards, guest feedbacks or comment and review important statistic on occupancy, Revpar, ADR etc.

进行每日例会，传达酒店重要信息，强调当前优先权，新的产品和服务，加强标准，客人的反馈或评论，对入住的重要数据做回顾等。

2、Oversees daily operation of Front Office and ensuring that all guests are handled quickly and efficiently in all their needs with warm and natural.

检查前厅部日常运作，确保所有客人需要都能快速和有效的得到热情和自然的解决。

3、Maintain a detail record of all incidents (guest or employee), all finding and other relevant items to the events in the Logbook. Where discretion is required, reports directly to Front Office Manager.

对发生的所有事故，所有发现和相关情况保持详细记录。需要决断时，直接向前厅经理报告。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，星级酒店前台主管2年以上工作经验，有同岗位工作经验优先考虑。

2.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务,具备较强的英文听说读写能力，熟练使用Opera系统。
3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。
4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。
5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

6.能适应夜班工作。
