Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务:
1.Responsible for preparing, controlling and maintaining all vouchers and checks and making payments to suppliers and others.
负责准备、控制、保持所有凭证及支票，以备向供应商等付款。
2.Account for all purchase orders from Purchasing Department daily and files them.
核算每日来自采购部门的所有采购订单，并进行整理。
3.Account for all receiving reports from Receiving Clerk and files them.
核算来自收货部门的收货报表，并进行整理。
4.Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports and check invoices as to quantity, process, extensions and footings.
核对发票和采购定单、收货单相一致，审核发票上的数量、内容、范围等。
5.Check all invoices for discounts and discount dates.
审核所有发票上的折扣及折扣时间。
6.File invoices, purchase orders and receiving reports until they are due for payment.
存档所有发票、采购订单和收货报表，直到付款期。
7.Code invoices as to proper expense distribution or other accounts to be charged and prepares vouchers for payment.
根据费用分配及帐务分类，对费用编号，并编制付款凭证。
8.Type checks for payment of vouchers and maintains records of amount of checks drawn each day.
开具发票以备付款并记录支票金额。
9.Enter check number and amount in appropriate columns for checks drawn in payment of preceding month’s vouchers.
将上月的付款凭证开列的支票号码及金额登记在相应的栏目中。
10.Perform other duties as may be assigned.
