职位描述
Duties And Responsibilities 职责和义务:

1.Responds to guest queries and provides reliable information by maintaining/updating a database for information of interest to the guest.

回答客人询问,提供准确信息,保持并更新客用信息数据库。

2.Makes sure that guest requests are attended to immediately through proper assignment and designation of work to staff.

合理安排员工,确保尽快照管客人需求。

3.Handles guest complaints promptly and follows-up thoroughly.

处理宾客投诉,并及时跟进。

4.Ensures prompt delivery and collection of luggage through proper assignment and monitoring.

通过合理安排调度,确保及时收送行李。

5.Maintains and upholds standards of discipline and appearance of Concierge associates.

保持礼宾员纪律及仪容仪表标准。

6.Reviews work load and prepares staff roster.

检查工作量,制作员工排班表。

7.Oversees proper maintenance of records and files in the Concierge.

监督礼宾部档案及记录等妥善保存。

8.Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests

为客人提供客人感兴趣的事情如:酒店服务,本地风景区,餐厅,医生,观光点等。

9.Gives feedback to the department head on staffing matters to determine official staffing levels for the section.

向部门经理反馈员工岗位配置问题。

10.Ensures that proper training of staff is done such that staff has the necessary skill to perform duties with maximum efficiency.

确保员工培训,使员工具备必要的技能,最大效能的开展工作。

11.Drafts training schedules for the month based on guidelines set by the department head for approval; implements planned training activities.

根据部门经理确定的指导原则起草月度培训计划并报批准,执行计划的培训活动。

12.Personally conducts/facilitates training activities in accordance with established targets.

根据既定目标,亲自开展或协助培训活动。

13.Monitors associates performance all throughout, ensures documentation of both positive and negative performance indicators in preparation for the formal performance review.

监督员工工作表现,记录下正面负面的表现指数,为正式评估作好数据准备。

14.Gives regular feedback to supervised staff on performance issues (both for the group as well as the individual).

为所管理的员工业绩表现提供定期反馈。

15.Maintains open lines of communication with other departments to ensure smooth handovers at all times.

与其他部门保持沟通,确保顺利交接工作

16.Updates and informs concierge section on hotel policies and procedures, services and promotions.

更新并通知礼宾部员工酒店政策流程及促销活动

17.Informs the Duty Manager and Security Department if valuables are left in the open.  Follows standard procedures in handling this and similar situations at all times.

如果大堂有任何有价值的遗失物品,通知大堂经理与保安部,根据标准流程处理。

18.Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures

了解紧急事件处理流程的知识。

19.Personally attends to all guest complaints immediately and initiates immediate resolution.

亲身处理客人的任何投诉,并立即采取解决措施。

20.Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules & Regulations.

根据员工手册规定,严格执行酒店规章制度。

21.Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.

保持对客对同事最高标准的专业水平,职业道德与态度。


Job Specification 工作要求:

1.College graduate

大学专科毕业

2.At least 2 years’ experience in a hotel of international standard.

至少2年以上在国际标准酒店工作经验

3.Personable and neat male at least above 1.70.

气质良好,灵活,男性身高1.70米以上。

4.Verbal and written facility.

口头表达和书面表达能力良好

5.Be fluent in English language-second language preferred.

英语流利,精通第二门外语优先

6.Able to relate with different types of personalities.

能与不同个性的人交流

7.Should be well versed in local city history, places of interest, shopping areas, theatres, etc. for better guest service.

精通当地城市历史,名胜古迹,购物区,剧院,等等,以便提供给客人更好的服务
