职位描述

Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务:

1.To provide our guests with F&B products and service in the most efficient, friendly and helpful manner according to the standards set by the F&B Department.

为客人提供餐饮产品,使用高效的,友好的,有帮助的服务行为。根据餐饮部门所规定的标准。

2.Ensure complete guest satisfaction as top priority at all times.

确保把让客人满意放在首位。

3.Report to work punctually in accordance with the roster, dressed in appropriate uniform and with impeccable grooming which complies with the Hotel’s policy and procedures.

根据排班表按时到岗,根据酒店的制度和规定穿着合体整洁的制服。

4.Understand fully all emergency evacuation procedures.

完全了解所有紧急疏散程序。

5.Attend outlet briefings and training sessions.

积极参加部门例会和培训。

6.Maintain a consistent standard of conduct that is courteous and loyal to both guests and fellow Associates throughout the Hotel.

坚持始终如一的行为标准,对客人,酒店同事有礼貌和忠诚。

7.Assist in preparation of outlet for service periods, i.e. be familiar with opening procedures.

为服务做好准备工作,例如:熟悉营业前的准备程序。

8.Adhere to the standards and sequence of service within the outlet.

严格实施酒店的标准和服务的流程。

9.During service, maintain cleanliness and appearance of immediate work area, including tables, stations, bar area, back-of-house preparation areas etc. Maintain standard of cleanliness of all items of operating equipment within these areas.

10.Adhere to timing standards for greeting guests, taking orders and delivering food and drinks.

11.Be familiar with all current menus and beverage lists and engages in active up-selling. Be aware of promotions, daily specials and/or out of stock items and advise guests as and when appropriate.

12.Ascertain guest’s satisfaction and advise supervisor of any guest complaints or problems no matter how small.

Ensure all payments are handled correctly and that all transactions are properly recorded according to Hotel policy and procedures.

确保所有的结账和交易都是按照饭店的制度和程序。

13.Supervise colleagues (Captains) and subordinates (Waiters/ress) to ensure the efficient operation of the outlet. Ensure that staff are operating according to their job description.

指导同事(领班)和下级(男服务员,女服务员)保证能胜任地进行工作在酒店。并保证员工按照岗位职责描述来进行工作。

14.Develop a positive suggestive selling technique.

发现一个正确的建议性的销售技巧。

15.Maintain a high level of communication with guests, supervisors, colleagues and subordinates.

保持一个高质量的交谈与客人,主管,同事和下级。

16.Due to operation issue, staff has to able to perform any other duties or transfer to other outlet of the hotel if necessary.

Job Specification 工作要求:

1.Senior High School and above 高中以上学历        

2.Minimum of 2 years working experience in F&B industry 2年以上相关工作经验

3.Similar position held with previous employer 原工作单位有相同的职位

4.Suggestive Selling 销售建议

5.Time Management 时间管理

6.Service Leadership 领导技巧培训

7.Speaks, reads and writes English 说、读、写英语
