职位描述

Duties And Responsibilities 职责和义务:

1.Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk to directly supervise the Service Associates attending to the guests.

在前台积极主动,直接监督前台接待人员工作表现。

2.Double checks guest folios for completeness and accuracy.

检查客史资料,确保正确完整。

3.Confirms the number of “due out” guests and scheduled late departures.

确定当日退房及预计延迟退房数目。

4.Coordinates with Guest Relations regarding in-room check-in of guests.

与宾客关系员就当日房内登记客人协调。

5.Coordinates with the Concierge whenever necessary.

与礼宾部保持良好协作关系。

6.Double checks group accounts daily for accuracy, and ensures that these are always up-to-date.

每天仔细检查团队账目,确保准确并及时得到更新。

7.Ensures ability of Front Desk staff to implement a manual back-up system for Front Desk functions in case of computer breakdown.

确保员工会再系统宕机的时候会执行手工备用系统。

8.Ensures group arrivals and billings are properly prepared and executed.

确保团队抵达及所有账单及时妥善的准备。

9.Be familiar with all current menus and beverage lists in F&B department and engage in and promote active upselling. Be aware of any promotions, daily specials and/or out of stock items and advise subordinates and guests as and when appropriate.

熟悉菜单和酒单并进行高档位推销,知道推广,每日特点,缺货物品并劝告客人。

10.Share recommendations and guest comments to Manager/Senior Supervisor to reflect current customer profile.

与厨师和经理/副经理共同分析客人的评论和建议以了解顾客最近的整体情况。

11.Enforce timing standards for greeting guests, taking orders and delivering food and drinks.

了解有关欢迎客人,点菜,送餐和饮料的时间标准。

12.Monitor all food and beverage served to ensure quality standards are maintained.

13.Oversees room allocations to ensure that guest requests are met while ensuring both guest satisfaction and optimum rooms’ revenue.

14.Settles pending bills by contacting concerned guest, Travel Agent or company.

15.Gives feedback to the department head on staffing matters to determine official staffing levels for the section.

16.Ensures that proper training of staff is done such that staff has the necessary skill to perform duties with maximum efficiency.

确保员工培训,使员工具备必要的技能,最大效能的开展工作。

17.Keeps track of training courses conducted for staff for the month and prepares monthly training summary for submission to HRD every 2nd day of the following month.

跟踪每月员工培训课程,并在每月的2号准备月度培训总结上交给人事部。

18.Monitors associates performance all throughout, ensures documentation of both positive and negative performance indicators in preparation for the formal performance review.

监督员工工作表现,记录下正面负面的表现指数,为正式评估作好数据准备。

19.Updates and informs Royale Lounge associates on hotel policies and procedures, services and promotions.

更新并通知酒廊员工酒店政策流程及促销活动。

20.Informs the Duty Manager and Security Department if valuables are left in the open.  Follows standard procedures in handling this and similar situations at all times.

如果大堂有任何有价值的遗失物品,通知大堂经理与保安部,根据标准流程处理。

21.Attends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.

参加计划内员工培训课程,定期回顾在紧急事件中部门应承担的责任。

22.Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules & Regulations.

根据员工手册规定,严格执行酒店规章制度。

23.Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.

保持对客对同事最高标准的专业水平,职业道德与态度。


Job Specification 工作要求:

1.College graduate

大学专科毕业

2.At least 3 years’ experience in a hotel of international standard

至少3年以上在国际标准酒店工作经验

3.Must be familiar with Front Office operations

必须熟悉前厅部的操作

4.Personable and charming

气质良好

5.Verbal and written facility

口头表达和书面表达能力良好

6.Be fluent in English language-second language preferred.

英语流利,精通第二门外语优先

7.Able to relate with different types of personalities

能与不同个性的人交流
