Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务:
1.To oversee the smooth running of the outlet ensuring we provide our guests with F&B products and service in the most efficient, friendly and helpful manner according to the standards set by the F&B Department.
2.Share recommendations and guest comments to Manager/Senior Supervisor to reflect current customer profile.
3.Monitor all food and beverage served to ensure quality standards are maintained.
4.Handle guest complaints in a mature manner with the aim of satisfying the guest whilst they are still within the outlet. Notify Manager/Senior Supervisor of all serious complaints.
5.For conferring daily with captains and staff on any operational problems. Conducting inspection tours of the operation to ensure proper cleanliness, manning and mise- en- place for daily business.
6.Must maintain effective discipline over the department, ensuring that all Departmental rules and regulations are adhered to. And that all grooming and hygiene standards are maintained. 维持部门内有效的纪律，确保遵循所有部门的规章制度，仪容仪表和卫生标准。
7.To assign and delegate responsibilities and authority for the operation areas within the department to the Captains. Developing the position within a suitable time frame (to be discussed) so that they may be able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor
8.To be aware of trends, practices and new products available or current in the industry, by means of monthly competitor evaluations, industry analysis and trade literature.
9.To ensure that all service and quality standards are maintained as per the operating policy of the outlet and requirements as set by the Hotel, and to correct whenever required.
10.Assist manager/senior supervisor to ensure the safety of all equipment held within the restaurant, ensuring that all equipment is properly handled, cleaned and stored at all times. Correcting any areas which are in need of attention, so that all compliance with established polices is carried out.
11.Assist manager/senior supervisor to ensure that Potential breakages are avoided and that staff are aware of the Departmental breakage procedure. And that full compliance is received with regards to minimizing breakage.
12.Assist Manager/Senior Supervisor to develop and produce new menus and beverage lists to maintain competitiveness and market share and to anticipate or react to changes in the market place.
13.To actively participate in the set up and running of any promotion held in the outlet, including planning and implementation of such promotions.
14.Be familiar with all current menus and beverage lists in F&B department and engage in and promote active upselling. Be aware of any promotions, daily specials and/or out of stock items and advise subordinates and guests as and when appropriate.
15.Assist manager to supervise the personal development of captains and ranking file levels of associates within the outlet operations to include induction, training, coaching, counselling and regular appraisals of these associates.
16.Assist manager/senior supervisor with appraising performance of subordinates every 6 months and recommends appropriate action basing on results of rating.
17.Assist manager/senior supervisor with identifying training needs of subordinates of personnel within his/her section.
18.Ensure a consistent standard of conduct that is courteous and loyal to both guests and fellow Associates throughout the Hotel.
19.Advise Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager of any damage, spillage or breakage. Complete requisitions and maintenance work orders to fix damages /breakages.
20.Authorize voids ensuring void systems and records are correctly maintained.
Job Specification 工作要求:
1.College graduate, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Manager or equivalent in experience 大学学历，相关酒店经理工作或由相关经历
2.At least 3 years’ experience in Western restaurant, at least 1 year in supervisor capacity
3.Personable, with verbal facility and fine department
4.Personable and aggressive with good salesmanship
5.Service-oriented, keen attention to fine details
6.Position requires knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, layout and service standards
