Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务：
1.Follow the operating procedure strictly;Ensure air conditioner system and cooling equipment operating normally. 
严格遵守操作程序,保证空调系统及制冷设备的正常运行.
2.Record of equipment operation and patrol inspection.If find unusual status,handle and report without delay.
做好设备运行和巡视检查记录,发现异常,及时处理,及时报告.
3.Mainten air conditioner and cooling equipment according to supervisor’s management and request of maintenance system.
按照主管的安排,依据维修保养制度的要求,对空调及制冷设备进行维护保养.
4.Carry out ENG dept duty system, shift relief system and safety responsibility system strictly.Ensure hotel equipment and people under absolutely safety.
严格执行工程部的值班制度,交接班制度及安全责任制,确保酒店设备及人身的绝对安全.
5.Carry out hotel employee rules and other regulations strictly;Ensure air conditioner system and all kinds of cooling equipment operating normally.
严格执行酒店员工守则和酒店其它规章制度,确保空调系及各类制冷设备的正常运转.
6.Ensure air conditioner room and AHU room clean,tidy and bright.
保证空调机房各AHU分机房干净、整洁、明亮.

Job Specification 工作要求：
1.Responsibility,work hard,spirit of solidarity and cooperate.
工作认真负责,踏实肯干,具有团结协作的工作精神。
2.Healthy body, above 25 years old.
身体健康,年龄在25岁以上。
3.Technical school or above
具有技校以上学历。
4.Three years above hotel working experience;Three years above air conditioner system and cooling equipment mainten working experience.
3年以上酒店工作经验,3 年以上空调系统及制冷设备维护保养操作的工作经历。
5.Qualification certificate of Electric welding,oxygen welding,argon arc welding and air conditioning, refrigeration.
持有有关部门颁发的电焊、氧焊、氩弧焊及空调、制冷类上岗证书。
