Duties And Responsibilities 职责和义务:
1.Supervises and coordinates the functions of Housekeeping personnel such as cleaning and maintaining hotel premises, storing and issuing of hotel linens and uniforms.
监督协调客房部员工的工作，例如：清洁和保养酒店营运场所，储存发放酒店的布草和制服。
2.Prepares daily floor assignments of Room Attendants and Floor Supervisor based on room occupancy.
根据住客率安排每天楼层服务员和公共区域服务员的在楼层内的工作。
3.Checks regularly all floor areas and public areas and informs supervisors concerned regarding deficiencies.
定时检查所有楼层区域和公共区域，并通知主管其不足之处。
4.Spot checks all Housekeeping equipment in use and kept in storeroom.
盘点所有客房部正在使用的设备和库存的设备。
5.Trains all supervisors periodically for improvement of Housekeeping operations.
定期进行主管的培训以提高改善客房部的运作。
6.Coordinates with other departments such as Front Office, Engineering and Laundry.
与其他部门做好协调工作，例如：前台、工程部、洗衣房。
7.Performs duties of Executive Housekeeper in her absence.
当行政管家不在时，兼负履行其职责。
8.Ensures hotel emergency procedures are clearly understood and all staff are fully rained to handle emergency situations
保证清楚了解酒店紧急情况程序并全面培训员工怎样处理紧急情况。
9.Ensures that all associates are aware of guidelines governing complaints handling.
确保部门员工了解投诉处理的指导原则。
10.Ensures staff is aware of the responsibility and established authority limits at all times.
确保员工了解责任与既定权限范围。
11.Directs and oversees all new employee , induction and training program 
指导和关注员工褥垫介绍和培训工作。
12.Directs preparation of depts.
指导准备好本部门员工经过培训后能够履行职责。
13.Lists training needs on an on-going basis using guest comment cards, observations and performance appraisals.
根据客人满意观察和表现评估列出培训需要。
14.Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules & Regulations.
根据员工手册规定，严格执行酒店规章制度。
15.Reduces waste materials and supplies by adhering to the Company’s guidelines onre-using and re-cycling.
严格执行公司二手物品及循环使用的指导方针,减少浪费。
16.Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
保持对客对同事最高标准的专业水平，职业道德与态度。

Job Specification 工作要求:

大学毕业
2.At least with 5 years’ experience
至少5年工作经验
3.Familiar with operation of Front Office, Engineering and Laundry
