DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
1. According to the sales plan formulated by the department manager, carry out the sales work for business and individual customers.
根据部门经理制定的销售计划，具体执行争取商务、散客的销售工作。
2. Grasp the local and domestic and foreign market trends, and regularly submit sales research reports to department managers.
掌握本地区及国内外市场动态，定期向部门经理提出销售调研报告。
3. Study the market, predict the business situation, grasp the market trend in time, and assist in the promotion plan.
研究市场，预测商情，及时掌握市场动向，协助做好促销计划。
4. Formulate, modify and review relevant quotation letters, contracts and sales promotion letters. Do a good job in the management of business and individual customer archives.
制定、修改和审核有关报价信、合同及推销信件。认真做好商务、散客档案资料管理工作。
5. Regularly report the implementation of the responsible part of the sales plan, and put forward suggestions on the problems in the implementation of the plan.
定期进出销售计划中所负责部分的执行情况报告，并对计划执行中存在的问题提出意见。
6. Visit customers as planned to understand their opinions on the hotel, enhance communication with guests and establish a good customer relationship.
按计划走访客户，了解客户对酒店的意见，增强与宾客的的沟通，建立良好的客户关系。

Job Specification 工作要求
1. College degree or above. Have working experience in hotel sales, public relations and other departments.
大专以上学历。有从事酒店销售、公关等部门的工作经历。
2. Have the knowledge of hotel sales, hotel management, tourism economics, tourism psychology, public relations, etc.
具备酒店销售学、酒店管理学、旅游经济学、旅游心理学、公共关系学等知识的储备。
3. Understand contract law, enterprise law, tourism law and relevant foreign-related laws and regulations.
了解合同法、企业法、旅游法以及有关涉外法规。
4. Have the ability of market research and prediction, be able to grasp the market dynamics, and be able to comprehensively analyze and put forward corresponding measures and reasonable suggestions in a timely manner.
具有市场调查和预测能力，能及是掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
5. Have strong language skills, be able to write market research reports, and have the ability to draft work plans, summaries and business reports.
有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
