Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务
1. Comply with the financial system and ensure strict implementation.
遵守财务制度并确保严格贯彻执行。
2. Cross check the statements generated by the system to ensure that the system statements are objective and accurate.
交叉核对系统产生的报表，保证系统报表客观、准确。
3. Keep unused tickets and documents related to income, such as guest bills, cash advance documents, discount or free documents, miscellaneous credit vouchers, invoices, etc., to ensure that the tickets and documents related to income are sufficient and managed in a safe and orderly manner.
保管未使用的与收入相关的票证和单据，如客人账单，预支现金单据，折扣或免费单据,杂项借贷凭证、发票等，确保与收入相关的票证和单据充足且管理安全有序。
4. Guide the income audit supervisor to check the income documents and check them with the income statements to ensure accuracy and consistency; Timely investigate and handle the differences, report the major differences to the financial manager and follow up as required.
指导收入审计主管检查收入单据，并与收入报表相核对，确保准确一致;对差异及时进行调查处理，重大差异上报财务经理并按要求进行跟踪处理。
5. Check all discount and free documents, and check whether the discount and free documents conform to the hotel system.
检查所有折扣及免费单据等，审核折扣和免费单据是否符合酒店制度。
6. Check whether all the settlement methods are correct and the bills are complete. Adjust the guest bills according to the general ledger balance to ensure that they are consistent.
复核所有结账方式是否正确，账单是否齐全,根据总账余额调整住店客人账单，确保两者保持一致。
7. Check on time Submit routine reports such as daily income report, and provide other reports related to income management, control and forecast as required by the Financial Controller.
按时检查. 上报每日收入报告等常规报告，并按照财务总监要求提供其他涉及收入管理、控制和预测的各类报告。
8. Complete other assigned tasks.
完成指派的其它任务。

Job Specification 工作要求
1.More than 1.2 years of hotel finance related experience.
2年以上酒店财务相关经验。
2. Rich practical knowledge in hotel operation, especially in front office, audit and cashier.
在酒店运营，尤其在前厅、审计和收银等方面实践知识丰富。
3. Proficient in Excel and other office software.
熟练掌握Excel等办公软件。
4. Good communication skills and strong resistance to pressure.
良好的沟通技巧、抗压力强。
