Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务
1. Develop and monitor regular room maintenance programs in accordance with established schedules.
根据既定时间表开展并监督定期客房维修计划。
2. Supervise all maintenance work to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the main engine room according to the operation requirements.
监督所有的维护保养工作，确保主机房按照营运要求持续不断的有效运作。
3. Cooperate with engineers to assist in preparing weekly work schedule according to workload and work priorities. 
与工程师合作，根据工作量、工作重点协助准备每周工作安排表。
4. Check the whole responsible area of the Engineering Department to ensure the normal function and cleanliness of the equipment are higher than the standards of the Housing Department.
检查整个工程部负责区域，确保设备的正常功能、清洁状况并高于房务部标准。
5. Carry out and complete all maintenance work, especially the work closely related to customers. 
开展并完成所有的维护保养工作，尤其关注与顾客密切相关的工作。
6. Ensure that the material inventory in the storage room of the Engineering Department is sufficient, and strictly control the consumption of materials and inventory.
确保工程部储物室的物资存货充足，并严格控制材料和库存的消耗。
7. Closely monitor all consumption to ensure the reasonable use of energy in all departments of the hotel.
密切监督所有消耗，确保酒店所有部门能源的合理利用。
8. Assist in handling the special requirements of other departments according to the approved function request form.
根据核准的功能请求表，协助处理其它部门的特殊要求。
9. Assist in supervising and evaluating the work efficiency and quality of all engineering staff, and report to the engineering manager.
协助监督并评估所有工程部员工的工作效率和工作质量，汇报工程部经理。
10. Assist in ensuring the high security of customers and hotel property.
协助保障顾客和酒店财产的高度安全。

Job Specification 工作要求
1. At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
有同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2. Be able to complete maintenance work independently.
能独立完成维修工作。
3. Hold relevant operation certificates.
持有相关的上岗操作证书。
