Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务
1.Staffs need to wear uniform and groom well that ladies need to minimal makeup and gentlemen need to be cleaned and tidied and must with full spirit before going to the post, in addition, Staffs should follow directions and serve with good manners, moreover, need to record the job logging carefully.
员工应统一着装上岗，仪容严整（女士应化淡妆，男士应干净整洁），精神饱满；坚守岗位，服从指挥；文明服务，礼貌待人；认真做好工作记录。
2.Familiar with the job requirement and the post knowledge, in addition, observe the discipline that changing shift by rule and go to work on time without coming late or leaving early. Stopping the behaviors which violate the management rule of fire control/decoration/hygiene/greening and stopping the phenomenon that violate the convention/public institution and the phenomenon which is hampering the management. 
熟悉本岗位任务和工作要求，严格遵守纪律，按规定交接班，不迟到早退。有效制止酒店及商场公寓区域各种违反消防、装修、卫生、绿化等管理规定的行为以及制止违反各类公约、公众制度和干扰、妨碍管理工作的现象。
3.Report the matters and the measures to captain and supervisor before performing duties.
履行职责前，需向保安部领班或保安部主管报告
4.Attending security briefings and changing shift according to the shift changing procedure.
参加保安部例会，交接班开始和结束时，都应该严格遵守交接班流程。
5.Check the equipments such as walkie-talkie, phone and flash-flight and so on before starting to work.
工作开始前，确认通讯工具和设备（例如对讲机，电话，手电筒等）是否工作正常。
6.Grasping the ordinary first aid knowledge and the emergency measures when occur fire alarm and bandit alarm, moreover, familiar with post knowledge and hotel information and prepare for correctly answer guest’s consultation.
掌握火警、匪警发生时的应急措施及普通救护常识，熟悉各岗位知识与酒店的相关信息，随时准备好准确无误的回答客人的咨询。
7.It’s forbidden to leave post without permission; it’s available to leave when another staff comes to on this post duty with captain’s agreement. 
当班期间不得擅自离岗，如有事情（例如：上洗手间、抽烟等），需报当班领班同意并且安排替岗人员到岗后方可离开.
8.Strengthen to question and manage the passers-by, it’s forbidden to let the miscellaneous personnel and the person who pass out leaflets come into hotel, and need to inform other staffs to pay more attention when found such situations.
加强对外来人员的盘查及管理，严禁无关人员出入，发现有闲杂人员或乱发传单、广告者立即制止并请其离开，同时通知其他岗位引起注意。
9.Keep the working environment clean and orderly.
保持洁净有序的工作环境。
10.Do other tasks assigned by team leaders
完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

1. High school degree or above. Or veterans.
高中以上学历。或退伍军人。
2. Deal with things quickly, decisively and accurately.
处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。
3. Have good coordination ability and know some security knowledge.
具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
