DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
1. Arrive at the post in advance to hand over the work with other colleagues, read the handover log, understand the hotel occupancy rate and meeting situation on that day, and check the operation of work facilities and equipment.
提前到达岗位与其他同事做好工作交接，阅读交接日志，了解当日酒店入住率及会议情况，检查工作设施设备的运行状况。
2. Hold pre shift meeting and post shift meeting every day, make arrangements for daily work, and make a summary and analysis of daily work.
负责每天召开班前会议和班后会议，对每天的工作做好安排，并对每天工作进行一个总结分析。
3. Patrol and inspect all areas of the hotel irregularly, check the safety conditions of all areas, and report any hidden danger to the superior in time.
不定时的巡逻检查酒店各个区域，检查各区域的安全状况，发现任何隐患应及时向上级报告。
4. Check at least four times at each post, check the work of employees, put forward praise or criticism opinions, sign on the post log, and assist them at the site during the peak hours of each post.
至少四次的到各岗位查看，检查员工的工作，提出表扬或批评的意见，在岗位日志上签名，并在各岗位的工作高峰期在现场协助他们的工作。
5. Accept the loss reports from guests and employees, take measures to protect the scene, report to the superior in time, and actively assist in investigating and handling cases.
受理客人和员工的报失，采取措施保护现场，及时向上级报告，积极协助查处案件。
6. Accept all kinds of public security incidents, take control measures, report to the superior in time, and actively assist in handling.
受理各类治安事件，采取控制措施，及时向上级汇报，积极协助处理。
7. Accept the assistance requirements of the financial department on cash safety and personnel safety, and assign personnel to escort or participate in the escort in person depending on the importance.

8. Carefully keep a log of the work, and record the situation of the shift, the handling of the incident, the work of the staff and the shift handover.

9. Carry out all kinds of security tasks and take part in important activities to ensure safety.
