Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务

1. Be responsible for daily customer reception, record, feedback, coordinate and follow up the customer's problems and service requirements.

负责日常的客户接待，对客户提出的问题及服务要求进行记录、反馈、协调及跟进。

2. Regularly sort out customer files, timely grasp the information of business households, and ensure that the data are updated at any time.

定期整理客户档案，及时掌握业户信息，保证资料随时更新。

3. Carry out regular return visits to business households, analyze their needs, and establish a good relationship with the owners.

定期进行业户回访，分析业户需求，并与业主建立良好关系。

4. Be responsible for the property fee collection in the region, and complete the property fee collection rate as planned.

负责区域内物业费催缴工作，按计划完成物业费收缴率。

5. Be responsible for the daily management of customer service specialists within the region.

负责区域范围内客服专员的日常管理工作。

Job Specification 工作要求

1. College degree or above.

大专以上学历。

2. Good affinity and communication ability.

亲和力、沟通能力强。

3. Have property customer service experience or more than 2 years of property customer service management experience.

具有物业客服工作经验或者2年以上物业客服主管管理经验。
