【岗位职责】
1.   
Prepare daily revenue report other management reports according to the requirements of the management


根据管理层的要求编制每日收入报告、收入汇总分析表等管理用报表；




2.   
Check whether the night audit operation procedure is completed, whether the ledger is balanced, whether the system date is correct and timely modified, generate the corresponding report and assign it to the designated colleagues;


审核夜审操作程序是否完成，分类账是否结平，系统日期是否正确及时修改并生成相应的报表并分派给指定的同事；




3.   
Check and report the differences in the night audit operation to Operation Manager，Ensure that all revenues of the hotel are accurately accounted and posted in time correctly.


核查并向运作经理报告夜审操作中存在的差异，确保酒店的所有收入计账准确并被及时、正确的过账；




4.   
Ascertain that all charges, rebates and cash are posted to the individual city ledger accounts.


检查所有收费、调帐和现金，并输入到每个挂帐帐户。




5.
Prepare weekly journal entries, adjustments and allowances for receivables.


每周的凭证录入、调整及折扣事项。.
6.
Check the reconciliation and invoicing work of travel agencies and credit companies to ensure timely collection of funds.
核对旅行社、信贷公司等对账开票工作，确保款项及时收回。
7. 
Verify fake rooms every week, summarize the collection of bank Alipay and other prepayments, and send emails to relevant sales.
每周核查假房，银行支付宝等预收款项收款汇总并发邮件给相关销售。
8.
Prepare an aging report of the city ledger accounts at the close of each month.
每个月月结需准备挂帐帐户的帐龄报告。
9.
Compute travel agents’ commissions and summarizes total amounts payable to agencies
during the month; submits same to accounts Payable Clerk for preparation of voucher and charge.
计算旅行社佣金和汇总应付旅行社的佣金总额。提交同样的帐单给应付帐文员作付款凭证。
10.
Finish the related work assigned by Finance Operating manager.
完成财务运作经理指派的相关工作。
