Duties And Responsibilities 职责和任务
1. Under the arrangement of the chef, be responsible for the processing and production of various meals to ensure the food quality.
在厨师长安排下，负责各种饭菜的加工制作，保证食品质量。
2. Strictly abide by the work and rest time, do not leave the post without permission, do not leave the post, do not shift from post to post, and ensure that the canteen opens meals on time.
严格遵守作息时间，不擅离职守，不脱岗，不窜岗，保证食堂按时开餐。
3. Strictly implement the Food Hygiene Law, keep the canteen clean, and ensure that there is no expired spoiled food.
严格执行《食品卫生法》，作好食堂卫生，保证无过期变质食品。
4. The chefs must wear their work clothes neatly when they are on duty. They are not allowed to smoke in the kitchen. They are not allowed to use any canteen articles without permission.
厨师上岗必须工服穿戴整齐，厨房内不得吸烟，未经许可不得以任何动用食堂物品。
5. Take charge of the card transfer statistics for each meal. Personnel without a meal card are not allowed to eat.
负责每餐划卡统计，无就餐卡人员不得予以就餐。
6. Obey the transfer of the chef, maintain the kitchen appliances, and do a good job before and after the meal.
服从厨师长调动，维护好厨房器具，作好餐前餐后各项工作。

3. Strong communication and coordination ability and obedience to arrangements.
