  • Control & manage payroll, leave applications alldata concerning all associates.

    控制及管理薪资、假期申请及所有与员工相关数据。

  • Conduct exit & entering interviews.

    负责入职和离职面试。

  • Coordinate the screening of all applications whocomplete application forms for suitability of employment.

    协助筛选填好职位申请表的所有应聘人员。

  • Prepare and administrate internal office S&Ps.

    准备及管理部门内部标准及执行程序。

  • Assist in developing and maintaining an appropriateskills data base.

    协助发展及保存相关技能数据库。

  • Assist in developing individual training programsfor associates according to job requirements with a view to multi skillassociates.

    根据工作需要,为培养员工多技能,协助发展员工个人培训计划。

  • Assist Department Heads in maintaining currentknowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues.

  • Assist in the formulation of HumanResources/Training Strategies.

  • Liaise closely with local and federal industrybodies, unions and training authorities.
