Duties & Responsibilities:

职责义务：

Carry
out Security P & P, concerned rule of law.
贯彻执行安全保卫工作的方针、政策和有关法律法规。

Build up
departmental management P & P and standard.
建立健全部门管理制度及工作标准。
To assist
department head consolidate internal management, enhance teamwork.
协助部门经理强化内部管理，加强队伍建设。
To know the
notion and working situation of staff.
及时了解和掌握员工思想状态及工作情况。
Take charge of
departmental training, to improve job skill and service consciousness of staff.
负责安排部门培训工作，不断提高员工业务技能及对客服务意识。
To assist
department head carry out hotel safety work, reduce happening of law case, to
stop happening of fire.
协助经理落实和强化饭店安全防范工作，减少各类刑事、治安案件的发生，杜绝火灾责任事故。
Do the safety
guard of big event well, to deploy the quarters reasonable.
做好各类接待任务的安全警卫工作，合理布置警卫力量。
Lead and monitor
management work of guard panel.
指导、监督班组管理工作。
To accomplish
other mission arranged by department head.
完成部门经理交办的其它工作任务。

Job Knowledge / Skill:

Concerned vocation
rule of law knowledge and basic hotel management skill

high school

Experience:

4 years Security
management experience of high standard hotel
