Revenue Cycle.
 Review and correction of daily revenue journal. Review Revenue (backpage) balance sheet weekly. Review, investigation and input of backpage item. Control of accommodation advance deposits. Monitoring of house banks and investments Audit daily general cashier report and analysis     and investigation of cashier’s over and short.

Reviewand ensure final data input in the General Ledger from various sources.

审阅收入月报确保数据准确输入总分类帐。

审阅并将各种原始数据最后输入总分类帐。
审阅月末总分类帐和财务报告，确保数据准确性。
复核资产负债表，确定和核对表中的所有科目。
复核银行存款余额调节表。
为所有非交易应收款项开据发票。
Reporting.
a. Prepare work plan and activities reportand Monthly End report（includingmonthly message on SMS platform）.        
b. Following and reviewreconciliation, payments application and invoice with partner.
c. Review owner’s finance monthly andquarter report and monthly business summary report for owner  
d.Hotel monthly reports fordepartment manager meeting and Quarterly report hotel overall performancemeeting.

准备部门工作计划报告及跟进实施情况反馈和月末财务报告（包括短信平台月度报表）。
跟进和复核公司间的对帐单、付款单和发票。
复核业主财务报告（月度和季度）和业主经营月度汇报报告。

Forecasting.
 Participatein update for forecast monthly and assist FC for data update in system   .
Participatein update for Budget monthly and assist FC for data update in system  .
 预测和预算
每月参与制定下期预测，确保系统间数据一致性
参与制定预算，并协助FC做数据处理，确保系统间数据一致性
Other Duties.
Assist in the set up and/or Reviewof sales rate.
Assist other departments inanalyzing related financial results.
Supervise analysis and reportvariations from the budget to actual.
Assess subordinates work operationsand prepare plans to implement change when required.
Grasp and proficiency of finance system,work software, prepare to assist to setup system for IT if necessary.
Adhere to the Hotel’s security andemergency policies and procedures.
Interact with department and Hotelstaff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promoteteam spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
