Provide courteous and efficient check-in / out service to all guests.
Respond to all inquiries promptly and tactfully.
Prepare amenities for VIP guests and return guests.
Offer luggage assistance upon arrival and also escort the VIP guests to the room after the registration.
Offer assistance to departing guests by means of helping them with their luggage and escorting them to the driveway.
Be available in the hotel lobby and provide directions and offer assistance to the hotel guests.
Constantly update yourself about the hotel products and services, any special attractions, local events, restaurants, and places to visit.
Ensure hotel driveway and lobby areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Ensure the rooms are in superior condition and proper amenities are placed before the guest check-in. Good coordination with Housekeeping is also essential.
Prepare arrival and departure reports for VIP guests.
Maintain an excellent flow of communication with all other departments.
Handle airline, ferry, train, restaurant and limousine reservations for guests.
Handle guest faxes, messages and mail.
Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the hotel management.
