l Support Food and Beverage Loyalty Manager in managing the program’s membership system and platform to ensure effective management and security of all guests’ data and transaction records

l Work with Loyalty Manager on meeting the targets for membership enrolments and stored value card sales, working with all relevant departments to ensure that targets are met

l Track member coverage and total revenue generated

l Supervise, train and be responsible for the Hotel’s F&B sales team (where applicable) and all other staff selling / promoting the program

l Constantly obtain feedback through research from guests and colleagues, and use provided information as part of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenue and monitor effectiveness of all promotions

l Maintain strong relationship with suppliers to solicit sponsorship for events

l Conduct / Attend F&B Divisional and Departmental meetings as required

l Ensure daily operation hours from 0900hrs – 2100hrs

餐饮部门营销活动
l Coordinate meetings on upcoming promotions to set the direction for each outlet
与各个相关部门组织会议,协调为即将进行的促销活动制定方向
l Liaise with F&B outlets for submission of proposal on upcoming special promotions
与餐饮分支保持良好的沟通,确保按时提交即将进行的促销活动提案
l Work with F&B outlets to derive action plans for the implementation of all approved promotions
与餐饮分支协作为已批准的促销活动实行制定行动
l Collection of post mortems for each promotion submitted by the respective outlets
向所有餐饮分支收集所提交的促销活动总结分析
l Assist with action plans and providing directions for each outlet in driving sales and maximizing profit for these promotions
