岗位职责：
1、负责运营企业新媒体公关部部门项目(包括但不限于抖音、快手、视频号、小红书、B站等)并管理新媒体部门编导团队;2、管理平台内容(文案、图片、视频等)，及时更新并优化设计，监控数据和账号整体运营官情况;
2、为企业品牌策划宣传相关活动，文案.视频策划和拍摄剪辑。海报设计等;
3、制订新媒体公关部全部运营账号的策略和规划，为账号做内容整体把控和梳理，提升粉丝关注量;
4、提供市场分析，粉丝维护及互动的建议。
任职要求:
1、2年以上新媒体平台运营管理经验，学历本科及以上;
2、了解抖音、快手、视频号、小红书、B站等平台运营机制;
3、能独立完成脚本撰写，熟悉摄影摄像相关知识，能独立完成视频剪辑，有独立运营账号相关经历和经验；
4、对新媒体的快速发展抱有热情和敏感度，紧跟发展趋势，学习力强。
