岗位职责
１.传菜员在传菜领班的直接指挥下，开展工作，完成传递菜肴的服务工作，对领班的安排工作必须遵循先服从后讨论的原则。
２.按照规格水准，做好开餐前的准备工作。
３.确保所有转菜所用的餐具、器皿的清洁、卫生、明亮、无缺口。
４.在工作中保持高度全员促销意识，抓住机会向宾客推荐本酒店的各项服务及各种优惠政策，提高宾客在本酒店的消费欲望。当宾客要求的服务项目无法满足时，及时向宾客推荐补偿性服务项目。
５.在工作中发现酒店有不完善制度或须改进的服务，必须遵循反馈直到问题解决为止。
Job Responsibilities

1. Under the direct command of the foreman, the food passer will carry out his work and complete the service work of passing the food. The arrangement of the foreman must follow the principle of obedience and discussion.

2. In accordance with the specifications and standards, make preparations before the start of the meal.

3. Ensure that all tableware and utensils used for the transfer of dishes are clean, hygienic, bright and free of gaps.

4. Maintain a high level of awareness of sales promotion by all employees at work, seize the opportunity to recommend the hotel's various services and various preferential policies to guests, and increase the guests' desire to spend in this hotel. When the service items requested by the guest cannot be met, compensatory service items are recommended to the guest in a timely manner.

5. It is found that the hotel has an imperfect system or service that needs to be improved during work, and the feedback must be followed until the problem is solved.
